2.1. These GTC apply to purchases made through the website https://jpdecor.eu.
2.2. By using the website, the buyer accepts the terms of these GTC.

3. Products and Prices

3.1. The prices indicated on the website are net prices, i.e. do not include VAT.
3.2. The indicated prices do not include the cost of delivery.

4. Delivery and Collection

4.1. Products are delivered by our own vehicle.
4.2. The method of delivery and the calculation of the delivery fee are always subject to individual agreement, either before or after the order.
4.3. The buyer has the option of personal collection at the collection point indicated above.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. The method and details of payment are always subject to prior agreement between the parties.
5.2. Invoicing is carried out in accordance with the applicable laws in force.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1. In accordance with Government Decree No. 45/2014 (II.26.), the buyer (if considered a consumer) is entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason.
6.2. The buyer will receive a separate notice on the exercise and conditions of the right of withdrawal.

7. Complaints Handling

7.1. The buyer may submit complaints via the above contact details (phone, e-mail, letter).
7.2. The service provider handles complaints in accordance with the applicable laws and responds in writing.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. Issues not regulated in these GTC shall be governed by the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code, as well as by the legislation on electronic commerce and consumer protection.
8.2. These GTC shall enter into force on 16 August 2025.
